Stroller based programs
Can I try a class before I join?
Your first class is always free! Click the link at the top of your screen to find out more.
Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?
While you can absolutely just show up, we would prefer you pre-register. By registering, you ensure you get details about where to meet us and what to expect.
What do I need to bring to class?
For you: water, yoga mat or towel, comfortable exercise shoes, and clothing.
For your littles: snacks, toys, diaper bag essentials, and any type of stroller (you are also welcome to babywear if you prefer)
I just had a baby, when can I join stroller classes?
You can begin attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six-week postpartum appointment. All of our instructors have undergone training to support you through the postpartum period. Our exercises are also modifiable to fit your physical comfort and recovery level. See you there, mama!
Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?
Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. Our Instructors are trained to support you throughout this time. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.
We are also currently offering "Fit4Baby" classes which are exclusive for prenatal clients. You can select the link here to learn more.
FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.
How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?
In case of inclement weather, outdoor class locations may change. Pre-enroll for classes to be emailed with last minute weather location changes or cancellations. You can also check the schedule on our website.
Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?
Absolutely not! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We meet for a warm up, then power walk or jog to each exercise station. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.
Do I need a jogging stroller for the workout?
Jogging strollers are not required. As long as the stroller is sturdy, not prone to tipping and all children can be safely strapped into their seats for the duration of class, it will work just fine!
My baby doesn't like being in the stroller, gets fussy or I need to feed?
Our classes are designed to keep the kids moving and engaged by incorporating songs and various props to keep them engaged. With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so - remember, you are in good company. You are also welcome to baby-wear through the duration of class if it makes you more comfortable
Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?
Safety is our priority, so we do not allow children under 5 to be out of the stroller during class. Children older than 5 are still required to stay next to the strollers, we recommend bringing a portable chair for their comfort.

Can I bring kids to mom-only classes like body boost or body ignite?
Sadly, no. Our classes like body boost and body ignite are for moms-only.

Do I need to be in great shape to participate in class?
Not at all! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We empower you through choice. You will be coached by a trained fitness instructor who will guide you through exercises best for your age and stage of motherhood. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.

What is FIT4MOM Our Village Events & Playgroups?
As moms, we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, bodies and spirits. Our FIT4MOM Our Village Events and Playgroups was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member, you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly, laughter. Support and connect with other moms through:
Innovative & creative playgroups - fun for baby
Entertaining Moms' Nights Out - this is your time
Mommy and Me play dates- get your kids involved in fun activities, special events for showers, births, meal trains, etc., for our members.
****You do NOT have to be a member of FIT4MOM to join the FIT4MOM Our Village Weekly Playgroup. All moms are welcome! This is a FREE group!
What if I need to cancel my membership?
A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership. A copy of the policies can be found on the website.
Our Membership
What does my Membership include?
Your membership includes unlimited classes at any of the FIT4MOM Tysons Vienna Fairfax locations.
Membership also includes being a member in our closed Facebook group, weekly playgroups, monthly Moms’ Night Outs, access to our Digital Library, exclusive discounts and more!
Can I bring family or friends who are visiting to class with me?
Visitors are welcome to come to class FREE of charge! If you have an extended-stay guest who will participate longer than one week, they will be subject to a $25 per class charge. All visitors must sign our waiver in order to participate.
How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Email ellamink@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 10 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
How do I change my return date on my hold?
You can return from your hold on any day of the month. You need to email ellamink@fit4mom.com at least 24 hrs prior to your return. If you attend class without advanced notice your credit card on file will be charged the drop-in rate of $25/class.
Can I attend classes when my membership is on hold?
When your membership is on hold you can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $25/class. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically.
What is the enrollment fee for a membership?
There is a $59 enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership on the first day of class you pay a $39 enrollment fee. SAVE $20 by signing up on the spot!
How do I update my credit card on file?
To update your credit card on file:
Log into your Pike13 account
Below your profile photo you will see a list of options
Click on "Payment Methods"
Update the information
Click “Save”
Be sure to delete the old credit card on file
If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.

Who do I contact with questions about my membership?
If you ever have any questions on your membership, you can email ellamink@fit4mom.com.
Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?
No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.
