Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program designed specifically for expecting mothers. Our program provides a safe and effective workout tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy. Through a combination of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises, Fit4Baby helps expectant mothers maintain a healthy lifestyle, alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, and prepare their bodies for labor and delivery. Additionally, our supportive community and weekly journal offers a space for moms-to-be to connect, share experiences, and build lasting friendships.

Why did you start coming to Fit4mom?
Funnily enough Fit4Mom came to me! I am an IBCLC and babywearing educator that rents office space in BeHive Wellness. I was approached by the Tysons/Vienna Fit4Mom franchise owner about potentially teaching classes and once I started looking into Fit4Mom, I was sold. I think connecting with new moms prenatally and during postpartum is so wonderful. As a parent to two young boys myself, I distinctly remember how isolating being a new mom can feel. I love being able to connect with others while teaching and facilitating connections between the moms themselves. We really are not meant to parent alone!
Favorite WorkOut Move
Hmm, Butt kickers? As a former ballet and jazz dancer, I love anything that will move me across the floor to music!
Mom Hack:
As a mom of two boys, always keep your mouth closed while changing diapers, and make baby wipes your best friend. Keep a pack in the stroller, in the nursery, in the diaper bag etc. They can be a tissue, a scraped knee cleaner, a tear wiper, and so much more!

Q: What trimester is this program acceptable for?
A: You can take this class at any point in your pregnancy!
Q: Can my kids/ partner come?
A: To ensure a safe and focused environment, our Fit4Baby classes are designed to be attended by moms-to-be only.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: Comfy clothes, water bottle and a yoga mat. All other equipment will be provided. Your instructor will be in contact with you before class starts to make sure you are prepared.
Q: I'm already a Fit4Mom TVF member, is this class included in my membership?
A: Unfortunately, due to the limited spots, this class is not covered by memberships or classpasses. If you do have a membership please reach out for a discount
Q: Is there a postpartum fitness program available after the Fit4Baby session ends?
A: Yes, you can join any of our other Fit4Mom Tysons Vienna Fairfax programs, which include Stroller-Based (with kids) and Mom-only classes.
Q: What if I experience a loss?
A: Fit4Mom Tysons/Vienna/Fairfax is committed to supporting parents in all stages of pregnancy including through an unexpected loss or miscarriage. Should you experience an unexpected loss or miscarriage during the time of our course, we will refund your payment in full, while still continuing to provide emotional and physical support, and resources.
